Whether it’s being hand-delivered via Speedy Express or shipped across North America, our goal is for your hardware to arrive in showroom condition.

However, we know that the road can be unpredictable. If your order arrives looking less than perfect, we are here to make it right.

The 72-Hour Inspection Window

Because we aim to resolve shipping issues with lightning speed, we require all damage claims to be reported to our team within 72 hours of delivery. Why the window? Rapid reporting allows us to immediately hold our carriers accountable and fast-track your replacement or refund before your build schedule is interrupted.

Important Note on Post-Delivery Handling

To ensure fairness to all our customers, please note that Speedy Performance is only responsible for the condition of the item up until the point of successful delivery. Any damage, scratches, or modifications occurred after the item has been received—including during installation or storage—cannot be covered under our damage or return policy.

We highly recommend inspecting your parts thoroughly as soon as they arrive and before you begin your installation process.
