Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Fabrication Components: Exhaust tubing, Y-pipes, and clamps must be unwelded, uninstalled, and unmodified. Once a part has been tacked, welded, or clamped onto a vehicle, it is no longer eligible for return.
- Apparel & Gear: Hats and merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-fabricated or "built-to-order" exhaust systems.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Parts showing signs of tool marks, heat discoloration, or road use.
3. The Return Process

Initiate: Email us at [Your Email Address] with your order number and photos of the item’s current condition.

Ship: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Inspect: Once we receive your item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our "uninstalled" criteria.
4. Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Incorrect Items
If we sent the wrong part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will cover the shipping costs to get the correct part to you immediately.
6. Refunds & Restocking Fees
- Returns Due to Our Error: If the return is due to a mistake on our part, you will receive a 100% refund, and we will cover all shipping costs.
- Standard Returns: If a return is initiated for any other reason (e.g., changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or item no longer needed), a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
