Warranty Policy
Warranty & Guarantee Policy
At our core, we stand behind the craftsmanship and engineering of every product we ship. We are committed to providing the North American automotive community with parts that are built to last and engineered to perform. To ensure your peace of mind, we offer the following warranty protections.
1. Limited Lifetime Warranty: Mufflers & Exhaust Systems
We are proud to offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all performance mufflers and our upcoming full exhaust systems.
- What this means: We warrant that these products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the vehicle on which the product was originally installed. If a component fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at our discretion.
2. One-Year Limited Warranty: Exhaust Tips & Accessories
Due to the extreme environmental conditions, road debris, and heat cycles that exterior components endure, all exhaust tips (including stainless, carbon fiber, or coated finishes) and related accessories are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. This covers structural failure or significant finish defects not caused by external damage or neglect.
3. Conditions & Voidance of Warranty
To maintain the highest standards of safety and performance, this warranty is subject to the following conditions. The warranty is instantly voided if a product failure is determined to be the result of:
- Installer Error: Damage caused by improper installation, poor welding technique by third parties, or incorrect fitment.
- Improper Usage: Use of the product in a manner for which it was not intended, including extreme off-road abuse, accidents, or physical impact.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Any alterations, cuts, or modifications made to the product after it leaves our facility.
4. How to File a Claim
To maintain a valid claim, the following criteria must be met:
- Original Purchaser: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original retail purchaser.
- Documentation: You must provide the original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and detailed photos or videos of the defect in question.
- Claim Process: To begin a claim, contact our support team with your order number and documentation. Once reviewed, we will provide instructions on the next steps for inspection or replacement.
